DUBLIN, Ohio – The Team: Sports, Entertainment, and Media has been retained by Western Michigan University to provide consulting services to the school’s athletic department.

The services will be provided through The Team’s Collegiate Services Division and will be led by Frank Pergolizzi, Director of the Collegiate Services Division. Specific duties to be performed by The Team include assistance to Athletic Director Kathy Beauregard as it relates to planning and direction for the school’s overall athletics program.

“We look forward to working with Kathy as she plans for the future of Western Michigan University’s athletics program,” said Pergolizzi. “Kathy has a great vision and is striving for excellence at Western Michigan and we hope to provide as much support and assistance as possible as she implements her vision.”

Pergolizzi spent nearly two decades as an NCAA Division I Director of Athletics, most recently at Southeastern Louisiana University. He also had stints as an Athletics Director at East Tennessee State University and Saint Francis (Pa.) College.

The Team: Sports, Entertainment, & Media's Collegiate Services Division, launched in July 2006, offers an array of products and services to college athletics administrators, including certification consultation, strategic planning, program review, feasibility studies, gender equity and compliance consulting, and financial services.
