The Team assists Eastern Nazarene College athletics with strategic plan

DUBLIN, Ohio – The Eastern Nazarene College Department of Athletics has retained The Team: Sports, Entertainment, & Media to assist with its upcoming process to develop a Strategic Plan.

The Team, through its Collegiate Services Division, will assist and facilitate the planning process. In addition The Team will conduct important benchmarking research for Eastern Nazarene as well as assist with the organization and data collection related to Eastern’s required completion of the NCAA Institutional Self Study.

“It has been a pleasure working with Frank Pergolizzi because of his vast knowledge of athletics and his professionalism in defining issues,” said Eastern Nazarene Director of Athletics Nancy Detwiler. “He has a wide array of resources from which to draw comparisons and benchmarks for our program. We expect positive change for the future as a result of having gone through this process.”

The Team’s Collegiate Services Division, was launched in January 2007, and offers an array of products and services to college athletics administrators, including certification consultation, strategic planning, program review, feasibility studies, sponsorship sales assessment and training, gender equity and compliance consulting, and executive search services.

The division has serviced a number of collegiate clients since its start, including the University of Pittsburgh, Louisiana Tech University, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and Western Michigan University. Cabrini College, Manatee Community College, Crown College, the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the American Southwest Conference, the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference, the University of Wisconsin-Superior, the University of Texas at San Antonio, the University of St. Thomas, Stevens Institute of Technology, the University of Arkansas-Monticello and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
